ben en jerreh's, boo yah

well, long time no make a post. (i'm still against saying "long time no blog"... i don't know why.) anyway, worship practice went on for about 2 and half hours today. the guys played like mad, and we sang like mad. also, it definitely helped that no one was at the building to complain (we usually have to finish in 45 minutes), so the sound system really got a work out.

including my eardrums - i'm slightly deafer now.

meg and rach stayed over on thursday night, and we rented the prince & me (don't ask), max keeble's big move, and the emperor's new groove. i like that the last movie has a llama. even though i rented it so my brother (who is sprawled on his bed now, half-dead) can see it - so i still have no idea what that movie is about. i just know there's a llama.

rach had some cross-country run at the beach, so meg and i stayed in on friday and lazed, watched 3 episodes of CSI 4, took an hour to get ready to go to parkway to buy those face masky things that girly girls (like us) do. so, uh, we went to parkway and bought those face masky things, and meg bought hair dye, and we rented white chicks and new york minute (seriously, don't ask... one of those impulse things - at least we get to return it). i also finished 100 g of famous amos no-nut chocolate chip cookies in less than half an hour. yummy for my tummy.

and then we went to this lady's house (from church) for dinner, survived the evening with a less-talkative mj, although we had to endure 2 psychotic dogs that were occasionally cute and then having to watch tna wrestling out of politeness.

and then we got home and watched half of white chicks, which was painfully funny in a wretched and depraved sort of way. the interval was 45 minutes of watching meg dye her hair, get it all over the bathroom rug, my shirt (i don't know how it got there), and on my face wash. and then she decided to go shower, and so i read my magazine and waited and by the time we finished watching the movie it was 1:10 am and alana and i had already decided, over sms, to have the ben & jerry's shizz at my house. oh, and i did the face masky thing. it was weird, but at least it actually peeled off.

awaiting the twentieth,
